About Us
Experience
After more than 20 years of experience in structural design in Florida, Puerto Rico and California, PSECFL opens for business in 2018. PhD in Structural Engineering at University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus and a Master’s of Science in Structural Engineering from Sacramento State University, Sacramento, California. Also Professional Engineering Registration in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the State of Florida. Please review the CV and work history section for education and project examples.
